What we do

CFUW Orillia Education Foundation supports young women from the Orillia area pursuing post-secondary education. Since 1974, $441,975 in scholarships have been awarded to 779 young women.

Every donation helps. CFUW provides scholarships to young women from the Orillia school attendance area who are graduating from a publicly funded secondary school, the Learning Centre and Mature students.

2024 By the Numbers

This year, CFUW Orillia Education Foundation will award $38,000 in scholarships to 27 graduates and the Lakehead Humanities 101 Program.  There are 11 from Orillia Secondary School, 7 from Patrick Fogarty, 7 from Twin Lakes, and 2 Mature Students.
